Frequently Asked

Who is eligible to join the referral program?+
Anyone can join — individuals, business owners, event consultants, agency professionals, or anyone with a network. There are no minimum requirements and registration is completely free.
How is my reward calculated?+
Rewards are calculated as 5% of the event revenue generated by your referred client. Events below AED 5,000 receive a AED 100 gift voucher instead. Events above AED 100,000 receive 5% capped at AED 5,000. For example: a AED 2,000 event earns you a AED 100 gift voucher, a AED 20,000 event earns AED 1,000 cash, and a AED 100,000+ event earns AED 5,000 cash.
When do I receive my reward?+
Rewards are paid within 30 days of the referred event taking place. Cash rewards are paid via bank transfer. Gift vouchers are sent via email or WhatsApp. You receive confirmation when the booking is verified and again when your payment is processed.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?+
No limit at all. You can refer as many clients as you like, and each successful referral earns you a reward. The more you refer, the higher your tier and the higher your reward per referral.
How does my referral code get tracked?+
When someone contacts Systematica using your unique referral link or mentions your referral code, it is logged in our system and linked to your account. We then confirm the connection and track the booking through to completion.
What types of events qualify for a referral reward?+
All events booked through Systematica qualify — corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, concerts, exhibitions, weddings, and more. The reward amount depends on the event size as shown in our tier structure.
How do tier upgrades work?+
Tier upgrades happen automatically based on your cumulative successful referrals. Bronze starts at your first successful referral, Silver at 3, Gold at 5, and Platinum at 10. Once upgraded, your new reward rate applies to all future referrals.
Can I refer existing Systematica clients?+
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously booked with Systematica. If you are unsure whether someone qualifies, contact our team before making the referral and we will confirm eligibility.
Terms & Conditions — Systematica Referral Program
1. The Systematica Referral Program is open to all individuals aged 18 and over residing in the UAE. 2. Participants must register via this page and receive a unique referral code to participate. 3. Rewards are paid only upon verified successful booking and completion of an event. 4. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Systematica Events. 5. Rewards are calculated as 5% of the event revenue generated by the referred client, with a minimum gift voucher of AED 100 for events below AED 5,000 and a maximum cash reward of AED 5,000 per event. 6. Systematica reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and may reject referrals deemed fraudulent. 7. Rewards are paid within 30 days of event completion via the referrer's chosen payment method. 8. Tier upgrades are calculated on cumulative successful referrals and are non-reversible. 9.
